How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?
Please note that our order fulfillment and shipping systems were designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or add an item to an existing order once submitted,

Am I able to return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Please sign up for MRNG emails, and keep an eye on your inbox to be informed of any changes.
Can I ship my order to a Post Office (PO) Box?
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
SHIPPING
Your Delivery Options
We ship all our products using the United States Postal Service (USPS)
Standard orders will ship Priority Mail. Cost is determined by weight rate or flat rate depending on shipping destination + tax. Priority Mail is generally delivered within three to five business days, depending on destination, for orders placed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Express orders will ship Express Mail. Cost is determined by the 9 postal zones in the USA that are based on the distance from the original package location to the delivery destination. Express Mail is generally delivered the next day by 6:00 pm to two business days, depending on destination, for orders placed Monday to Friday.Please note, purchases made after 12:00 pm EST on Friday and during the weekend will generally arrive the following Tuesday.

Order Processing Time
Our delivery time starts the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-to-48-hour period where your purchase will be processed and shipped. Please note, we are unable to cancel or add an item to an order once it’s already been submitted.
Keep in mind, before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Taxes & Duties
All USA orders will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Taxes and/or duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on our Order Summary page.
We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
Post Office (PO) Boxes
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Signing For Your Purchase
If you won't be in, you can choose to waive the signature on the shipping page at checkout. Please be aware that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
If you select to sign for your purchase, rest assured that we will keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery with our carrier. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Returns
Due to Covid-19 and hygiene concerns we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you find a defect with the product you receive, please provide details (including photos) within 14 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Send email that includes your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can locate your order easily andpictures of the defects and concerns at customerservice@goodmrng.com
Replacement Policy
Thank you for supporting MRNG. Please know that if we become aware of a defect with your product's batch, we will replace the product immediately. We offer replacements in the case of faulty product only.
Receiving a refund
You can choose to receive your refund for a defective product either as store credit to your GOODMRNG account or back to the original payment method. Since your purchase has been sent within the United States, all sales taxes will be refunded.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

MRNG accepts Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum.
Saved card details
To make shopping quicker, you have the option to safely store your credit card details. Your full card details will never be displayed, only the last four digits so that you know which card you are using. You can choose not to save your card details by unchecking the box on the payment page. If you change or add a new address, you’ll need to re-enter your card details.

What is best way to start using the products?
Depending on your skin's individualized biochemistry, we recommend that you try our product on a small area of skin (wrist or ankle area) first. Let the product sit on the test area for a few hours before determining if there is any hypersensitivity reaction. Our products are natural, but that does not mean No Reaction.
Pregnant or trying to get pregnant or significant medical conditions, can I use your products?
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your physician before using products.
Why were certain ingredients selected for MRNG products?
Please refer to our ingredient list posted on the website to learn more about each product ingredient. We also encourage our customers to do their own research.
Why may I notice variations in MRNG products?
MRNG products are natural and made in small batches. You may find some differences between batches. You may also find variations in color, scent, and texture of base oils, essential oils, and butters depending on the season, temperature and time. We do not use synthetic dyes in our natural product formulas.
How do I store MRNG products?
We recommend storing products in a cool dark place and using products within a six-month period from purchase.
